WHAT KIND OF CONDITION WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE IN?

Our equipment is either "reburbished" or in "excellent" condition. Here is a little more detail about each of those conditions, and what we do to bring it up to the quality we guarantee all of our products to be in:

REFURBISHED:
Unless otherwise noted, all of our products which are "refurbished" is Commercial Equipment came from a Fitness Facility, or another commercial facility. It arrives to us in need of cleaning and servicing, and our technicians fully refurbish the machine, so it operates perfectly, and looks excellent. Here is what our refurbishing process consists of:

*All mechanical parts with more than 25% wear are replaced.
*Touch up paint where needed.
*Full service and cleaning.   
*Minor cosmetic pieces restored or replaced
*Treadmills- New belts, deck, cushioning and overlay.
*Ellipticals- New wheels, belts, ramp inserts

Once refurbished, our machines should last for years in a commercial environment, or a lifetime in a home environment.

EXCELLENT:
Unless otherwise noted, all of our products which are in "excellent" condition is home equipment and was privately owned. It is fully inspected, cleaned and serviced. Most of it arrives to us in excellent condition, with low hours (500 or less) and in excellent condition. Any work or broken parts are replaced, and touch up paint is applied, but in general limited servicing is required.

SOFTUBS:
All of our softubs were privately owned. We either sell our softubs as "refurbished" or "as is". We perform the following work on "refurbished" softubs:
1) Check all motor components  to ensure they are functioning perfectly.
2) Check the piping to make sure there are no external leaks, and the jets to make sure there is even pressure and all are working flawlessly
3) Check the structure of the tub, structure of the lid, and structure of the motor to ensure that the foam is 100% and the structure is 100% sound
4) Check the liner of the lid and liner of the motor to ensure they are in excellent condition with limited fading and no tears
5)Replace the tub liner (both the inside and outside)
6)We are so confident in our reburbished softubs that we offer a full 2 year parts and labor warranty

All of our softubs sold "as is" will be in excellent working condition with a 60 day parts and labor warranty. We fully inspect them and since the condition of different softubs vary, mostly depending on age, we take detailed pictures of each softub we sell
