Reverse Arc motion technology ensures that the users toe never moves behind the knee, reducing stress on joints while maximizing workout potential and range of motion. By varying the incline and workouts, the user can target specific muscle groups all while burning calories. Same Side Forward technology allows the user to maintain great posture during the workout and eliminate back fatigue. This Cross Trainers Compact styling is perfect for home use.
